BSK was founded in 2022, after the founder and CEO Boran Kerim collected almost 15 years of experience working for international banks such as UniCredit and Raiffeisen in investment and commercial banking roles and also in c-level capacity for companies, on large scale projects. That’s why Mr. Kerim decided to offer his broad range of expertise to companies and individuals who seek to achieve excellency in finance. BSK started its transformation into a boutique consultancy in 2023.
